The winery is located within the house of the same name in the village of Sencelles, founded by Pere Molinas Amengual and Francesca Amengual Ramis on the site once known as Son Morei. It was later continued by Catalina Vallori Florit and her son-in-law, Antoni Cirer, known as Toni Ramis. Later it was run by Francesca Cirer and Maties Llabrés. Today it is run by Pere Antoni Llabrés Cirer — the fourth generation devoted to winemaking — which makes it the oldest active winery in Sencelles. The winery still has its original cistern, which is used to age the wine. It works with the mantonegro, syrah, merlot, cabernet and premsal blanc varieties.

Ca sa Padrina

Located on the Camí dels Horts, this winery was founded at the end of the 20th century, in 1999. The owners, the Sunyer family, known as can Tano, come from a winemaking tradition, and this is what led them to start the venture. The vineyards cover around 12 hectares, trained on trellises. It is registered under the Binissalem Designation of Origin (DO). The varieties used are mantonegro and callet (both native), as well as merlot, cabernet and syrah.

This winery's story began in 2000, on around 5 hectares of land planted with four grape varieties: cabernet, merlot, syrah and mantonegro. Due to growing demand, in 2009 a warehouse was rented in the town of Binissalem to process the harvest. Finally, in 2015 the land was expanded and a modern stone-clad building was constructed, where the entire winemaking process now takes place. The chardonnay and macabeu varieties were also added.

It was founded in 1984 by Stellan Lundqvist, a Swedish winegrower, in the Andratx area. Despite the success of his wines, production stopped in 2002. However, in 2014 his children revived the project at the So n'Aloi estate in Sencelles, building a new winery and a visitor centre. In 2020 the first wines were produced in two ranges: Mallorcan wines – made from native varieties – and Mediterranean wines – native varieties combined with foreign ones, especially syrah. The winery works with the varieties mantonegro, callet, syrah, merlot, premsal blanc, giró ros, viognier, and others.

Son Prim

This winery is located on the road from Sencelles to Inca, at kilometre 4.9. It began its journey in 2003, using vineyards already planted in the 1990s by Jaume Llabrés. This family, with a winemaking background, threw themselves fully into carrying out this major project. The vineyards sit on highly suitable land, the reddish soil known locally as "call vermell". Music concerts are held at the winery's facilities, especially during the summer. Son Prim works with the cabernet, merlot and syrah varieties.nnhttps://www.sonprim.com/

Cap Andritxol

Near the hamlet of Cascanar lie the facilities of this winery, on the Montuïri road, at kilometre 2.7. It is a relatively young estate, having started out in 2016. The name comes from a striking maritime watchtower located above Cap Andritxol, in the municipality of Andratx itself. It currently produces close to 100,000 litres of wine, of which 55% are white and rosé, and the rest red. Some of the vineyards are located within the Sencelles municipality, although the winery also uses grapes grown in Felanitx, Santa Maria, Pollença and Porreres. This winery works with the varieties premsal blanc, merlot, cabernet, giró, callet, gorgollassa, mantonegro, syrah and ull de llebre.
