The wine route –II– (west)
The countryside around Biniali, especially in spring and summer, becomes a true green sea, thanks to countless quarterades of trellised vines preparing their fruit to offer the finest wines. Following this route means discovering a landscape and a group of winemakers who share the ancestral taste of grape juice drawn from ancient soil. Wineries that have chosen a privileged corner of the municipality, where life moves slowly and the wines improve with age.

Binigrau
The Binigrau winery is located right in the town centre of Biniali. It is a young business, born between 2004 and 2005, the year the building housing the winery was constructed. Production first began at the end of that year. Initially, 14 quarterades of the winery's own vineyards were used –from can Grau– but due to strong demand and the product's success, the owners sought the collaboration of other vineyards in the area. Binigrau works with the varieties mantonegro, callet, merlot, cabernet, syrah, chardonnay, premsal blanc, and others. Part of its production is organic. nnhttps://binigrau.es
Celler Jaume Bennàsser
In 1996, Jaume Bennàssar bought an estate in Biniali called can Desveri, on the outskirts of Biniali, on the Camí des Puputs. There he started the project by planting 6 hectares, with a total of 20,000 vines (around 24 linear km). The varieties grown are syrah, mantonegro, merlot, callet and cabernet.

Bodega Ava Vi
A winery located north of the village of Biniali, specifically in the area known as pla de Biniali. The vineyards were planted in 1997, mainly with the premsal blanc and mantonegro varieties. The premises occupy a former farmhouse and a building constructed in 2012 for ageing and a laboratory. The space is also set up for wine tastings and other oenological or cultural events.
